PNL Resmikan Tax Center: Wujud Sinergi Pendidikan dan Reformasi Perpajakan Nasional

Lhokseumawe – Sebagai institusi pendidikan vokasi yang berkomitmen mencetak lulusan unggul, adaptif, dan berdaya saing, Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe (PNL) kembali memperkuat kolaborasi strategis dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Kali ini, PNL bekerja sama dengan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) Kantor Wilayah Aceh dalam pembentukan Tax Center PNL, yang diresmikan melalui Nota Kesepahaman Nomor PRJ-5/WPJ.25/2025.
Peresmian Tax Center dilaksanakan pada Kamis (18/09) di Kampus PNL. Acara ini dihadiri langsung oleh Kepala Kanwil DJP Aceh, Paryan, bersama Kepala KPP Pratama Lhokseumawe, Firman Tatariyanto, dan jajaran pimpinan PNL. Kehadiran Tax Center ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam memperkuat sinergi antara dunia pendidikan tinggi dan otoritas perpajakan untuk mendukung reformasi pajak nasional.
Direktur PNL yang diwakili Wakil Direktur Bidang Keuangan dan Umum, Zamzami, menyampaikan apresiasi atas kepercayaan DJP Aceh kepada PNL.
“Kerja sama ini merupakan bentuk nyata sinergi antara PNL dan DJP Kanwil Aceh. Kami berterima kasih atas kepercayaannya sehingga Tax Center dapat hadir di kampus kami,” ujarnya.
Paryan menambahkan bahwa pembentukan Tax Center bertujuan memperluas literasi perpajakan di kalangan mahasiswa, membuka akses konsultasi sederhana, serta mendorong riset dan kajian ilmiah di bidang pajak.
“Tax Center akan menjadi sarana peningkatan literasi perpajakan bagi mahasiswa. Kami berharap lahir berbagai penelitian dan informasi perpajakan, khususnya dari Jurusan Bisnis PNL,” jelasnya.
Ketua Jurusan Bisnis, Diana, menegaskan bahwa Tax Center PNL akan berperan sebagai pusat edukasi, informasi, dan konsultasi perpajakan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh sivitas akademika dan masyarakat umum.
“Kehadiran Tax Center PNL diharapkan menjadi jembatan antara kebijakan fiskal pemerintah dan pemahaman publik, serta mendukung terciptanya wajib pajak yang cerdas dan berintegritas,” tuturnya.
Anhar Firdaus, Ketua Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Akuntansi Sektor Publik, menjelaskan bahwa sejak awal 2025, sebanyak lima mahasiswa telah bergabung sebagai Relawan Pajak dan aktif memberikan pendampingan kepada masyarakat.
“Ini menjadi peluang berharga bagi mahasiswa untuk mengimplementasikan ilmu yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah dengan bimbingan langsung dari KPP Lhokseumawe,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Lakharis Inuzula selaku Ketua Tax Center PNL menuturkan berbagai kegiatan telah berjalan sejak awal tahun, termasuk pengukuhan mahasiswa Renjani (Relawan untuk Negeri), asistensi di KPP Lhokseumawe dan KP2KP Lhoksukon, serta pendampingan pelaporan SPT pegawai PNL.
“Ke depan, Tax Center akan mengembangkan program aktivasi layanan Coretax untuk memperkuat layanan perpajakan digital,” jelasnya.
Acara peresmian turut dihadiri oleh Agung Saptono Hadi (Kabid P2Humas Kanwil DJP Aceh), Iswadi Idris (Kasie Kerja Sama Humas Kanwil DJP Aceh), Irfandi (Kepala KP2KP Lhoksukon), dan Ludwi (Kasubbag Umum dan Kepatuhan Internal KPP Lhokseumawe).
Dengan berdirinya Tax Center PNL, Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe berkomitmen untuk berperan aktif dalam membentuk generasi muda yang melek pajak, berintegritas, dan siap berkontribusi bagi negara. Kolaborasi ini menjadi bagian dari upaya PNL dalam menguatkan peran perguruan tinggi vokasi sebagai mitra strategis pemerintah dan masyarakat.

PNL Inaugurates Tax Center: Strengthening Synergy Between Education and National Tax Reform
Lhokseumawe – As a vocational higher education institution committed to producing excellent, adaptive, and competitive graduates, Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe (PNL) continues to strengthen its strategic collaboration with external stakeholders. This time, PNL has partnered with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) Regional Office of Aceh to establish the PNL Tax Center, officially inaugurated through a Memorandum of Understanding No. PRJ-5/WPJ.25/2025.
The inauguration ceremony took place on Thursday (18/09) at the PNL campus, attended by Paryan, Head of the DJP Regional Office of Aceh, along with Firman Tatariyanto, Head of KPP Pratama Lhokseumawe, and PNL’s leadership team. The establishment of this Tax Center marks a strategic step in enhancing synergy between higher education institutions and the national tax authority in support of Indonesia’s ongoing tax reform.
Representing the Director of PNL, Zamzami, Vice Director for Finance and General Affairs, expressed his appreciation for the trust given by DJP Aceh.
“This collaboration is a tangible form of synergy between PNL and the DJP Regional Office of Aceh. We sincerely thank DJP for their trust, which allows the Tax Center to be established on our campus,” he stated.
Paryan explained that the establishment of the Tax Center aims to expand tax literacy among students, provide basic consultation services, and encourage academic research and studies in the field of taxation.
“The Tax Center will serve as a platform to enhance tax literacy among students. We hope to see more tax-related research and publications, particularly from the Business Department of PNL,” he added.
Diana, S.E., Ak., M.Si., CA., Head of the Business Department, emphasized that the PNL Tax Center will function as a hub for tax education, information, and consultation, accessible to both the academic community and the public.
“The presence of the PNL Tax Center is expected to serve as a bridge between government fiscal policy and public understanding, helping to cultivate smart and integrity-driven taxpayers,” she said.
Anhar Firdaus, Head of the Applied Bachelor Program in Public Sector Accounting, explained that since early 2025, five students have joined as Tax Volunteers (Relawan Pajak)and have been actively assisting the local community.
“This provides a valuable opportunity for students to apply their academic knowledge in real-world situations under direct guidance from KPP Lhokseumawe,” he noted.
Meanwhile, Lakharis Inuzula, Head of the PNL Tax Center, reported that several initiatives have been running since the beginning of the year, including the induction of Renjani (Relawan untuk Negeri) student volunteers, assistance programs at KPP Lhokseumawe and KP2KP Lhoksukon, as well as support for PNL employees in submitting their annual tax reports (SPT).
“Moving forward, the Tax Center will also develop programs to support the activation of Coretax services, enhancing digital tax service capabilities,” he explained.
The event was also attended by Agung Saptono Hadi (Head of P2Humas Division, DJP Aceh Regional Office), Iswadi Idris (Head of Public Relations Cooperation Section, DJP Aceh Regional Office), Irfandi (Head of KP2KP Lhoksukon), and Ludwi (Head of General Affairs and Internal Compliance, KPP Lhokseumawe).
With the establishment of the PNL Tax Center, Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe reaffirms its commitment to nurturing a generation of tax-literate, integrity-driven youth ready to contribute to the nation. This collaboration also strengthens PNL’s role as a strategic partner of the government and the community, embodying the mission of vocational higher education in bridging academia and public service.
